Listing of Materials Processed
International Plastics LLC is focused on one thing: The molding of small parts using engineering grade materials. All of our processing equipment has been designed, specified or modified for this task alone. International Plastics does not mold commodity materials, such as PE, HDPE, LDPE, PP, PS, or Elastomers TPU or TPR, nor do we mold large parts.
Below is a partial listing of engineering grade materials which we process. We mold many variations with glass fibers, mineral, carbon fibers, aramid fibers, lubricants (teflon, silicone, moly, graphite, Fluroguard™, and proprietary lubricants), UV stabilizer, and flame retardants.
We have also been asked by many producers (Celanese, Solvay, Dupont, etc) to mold and evaluate new materials before they go into production.

All materials can be glass or carbon fiber reinforced with 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%. A few materials can be reinforced to 50% and even 60%.
Custom compounded materials from RTP Company and LNP, designed to meet specific customer applications can be processed too.
